A Note from HARPER’s & C.O.

Because highways should not double as escape routes

As traffic increased and police reports kept mentioning “unexpected exits”, Harper’s & C.O. was once again called to fix what the city had been ignoring for years.

The result is the New Modern Highway Project — a full renovation of the central highway area, focused on safety, visual upgrades, and finally closing those broken barriers criminals seemed to love so much.

We didn’t just repair what was broken. We modernized the entire zone to meet current urban standards — or at least what we consider acceptable standards.

✨ PROJECT FEATURES:

  • Complete Barrier Repairs: All broken and missing highway barriers fully restored.
  • Sound Protection Walls: New noise barriers to shield the city from traffic chaos.
  • Modern Lighting Upgrade: Improved illumination for better visibility and atmosphere.
  • Customizable Ads & Signage: New billboards and panels you can fully personalize.
  • Optional Custom Buildings: 3 aesthetic buildings — removable individually or entirely.

🌿 ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Green Barriers: Trees, bushes, and vegetation placed as natural sound and pollution shields.
  • Tram Protection Barriers: Reinforced safety walls to protect tram lines.
  • Authentic Graffiti: Added by local troublemakers. Unfortunately.

Fully optimized with proper LODs, clean placement, and performance-friendly assets — because fixing the city shouldn’t break your server.
