Our personal apartment shells – now released for the community

After years of developing for our own servers and creating several private interiors, we’ve decided to release something special for all server owners and builders out there: a collection of optimized apartment shells used internally and now available for everyone.

These shells include both custom designs from our own projects and modified GTA interiors reworked to create new, optimized spaces.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:

These are SHELLS, not MLOs.
They are designed to be used with shell scripts (script not included).
If you require these interiors as full MLOs, please contact us through Discord.

• 10 Small Apartments – Compact and optimized; perfect for RP housing or motels.
• 7 Medium Apartments – Balanced size, ideal for mid-tier housing or offices.
• 3 Large Apartments – Spacious and stylish; perfect for penthouses or luxury builds.

• Lighting: Fully integrated and performance-friendly LED setup.
• Design: Unfurnished shells with realistic proportions, ready for customization.
• Textures: Editable YTD textures for fast and easy personalization.
• Updates: Ongoing updates – we’ll add a few more shells soon and fix any reported issues.
