A Note from HARPER’s & C.O.
Urban growth requires… creative solutions
As the city continues to grow and attract more people than it can realistically handle, Harper’s & C.O. was asked to solve a familiar problem: no space left, but everyone still wants to live here.
So yes — we may have gently gentrified a few areas by adding buildings where there was “technically” no room left. And yes — we may have accidentally created a couple of overcrowded mini-neighborhoods. But hey, they’re vibrant, alive… and full of opportunity.
This time, our focus was Little Seoul. Due to high housing demand, we redesigned the area to support denser living, new businesses, and a stronger cultural identity — without losing its character.
✨ PROJECT FEATURES:
- Expanded Urban Density: Increased number of buildings to meet housing demand.
- 50+ Advertising Props: Many fully customizable, including animated and static options.
- Neon Night Life: New neon signs, themed lighting, and custom night ambience.
- Custom Props & Details: Unique assets designed specifically for Little Seoul.
- Improved Vegetation: Added greenery to soften the concrete reality.
🏙️ NEW LOCATIONS & INTERIORS:
- 1 small neighborhood bar (licensed… in theory)
- 1 liquor store
- 4 high-end apartments
- 2 luxury office spaces
More expansions and nearby area improvements are planned for future updates, because once we start rebuilding, we rarely stop.
